Oyeleye G. Yussuf
Business Assurance ManagerOyeleye is an Accounting graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), and a Designate of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN). He has over 15 years working experience spanning banking, consulting, manufacturing, and healthcare service delivery industries, and specializes in Internal Control, Internal Audit, Information Systems Control and Audit, Compliance and Risk Management.
Oyeleye was actively involved as a member of the Integration team during the merger of Equitorial Trust Bank Ltd with Sterling Bank Plc in 2011. He has provided audit and control advice on several systems integration, digital product development and process improvement initiatives. He heads the Business Assurance department saddled with Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management functions. He is an astute reader and an effective communicator.
