Customer Experience and Analytics Manager

Vivian Ikem leads the Customer Experience and Analytics Department as its Manager at JNC International Ltd. She has over twelve years work experience spanning across Customer Relationship Management and Analytics with enhancement of excellent work experience among staff to drive more rewarding, wholesome customer experiences.

A graduate of Computer Science from the University of Benin and a holder of an Executive Masters’ degree in Business Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Vivian is an Associate member of the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria. She is big on harnessing the outcomes from internal stakeholder interaction to result in better customer relationships. She is an ardent believer that happy customers are directly impacted by coordinated processes, professional communication, and systematic organization.

In her experience as a customer experience personnel, Vivian has obtained certificates from Business Analytics, Oracle Database management and Digital Marketing to mention a few. She is an excellent team player and is very passionate about positive inter-personal and customer relationships.
