On Thursday, 8th of August 2019, The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dado Abiodun, joined Pastor E.A. Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, to commission an Intensive Care Unit at the Redeemer’s Health Centre (RHC), Redemption Camp, as part of activities lined up for the ongoing 67th Annual Convention of the RCCG.

The facility, donated by His Love Foundation, a Christian Social Responsibility of the Church, is the third of the Enoch & Folu Adeboye Intensive Care Unit projects in the country. Pastor Adeboye had in 2017 commissioned the first ICU at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, and another was commissioned at Plateau State Specialist Hospital in May 2019.

The ultra-modern facility being commissioned has a 3-bed fully equipped ICU, 2-bed High Dependency Unit, a mobile digital X-Ray unit, a minor operating theatre, two fully equipped Executive Suites, two private wards for the health centre, surgery preparatory rooms, a paediatric; and all beds directly piped for oxygen from the oxygen generator.

Pastor Adeboye, during the event, remarked that the ICU facility is just the beginning of things God would do in Ogun State, Nigeria, Africa and the World through the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
